We are ready to assist you in preparing to build your new home.  We will first help you create a detailed house drawing.  Depending on where your site is located you may also need a detailed plot plan.  The plot plan shows the location of your septic system, water supply, driveway, house and out buildings.  Next we search for zoning and culvert requirements from the ruling authority.  After completing the above tasks, we are ready to apply for permits such as building, zoning, electrical, plumbing, septic or sewer, and well or water tap.  Once the permits are in hand, we are ready to start construction.
