This home was built in the Fall of 2007 for the Fete family. It is a 2300 sq. ft. Cape Cod that features a rear dormer/study that overlooks a vineyard. The home also has a floor plan that incorporates the kitchen, dining, and great room into an open, easy to use living quarters.

Better-Built Homes of Ohio, is an Authorized builder for Rochester Homes, Inc. who is a system built manufacturer, These homes feature most of the same construction materials as if the home was stick built. Floor plans consist of ranch, two-story, and multi-section ranch homes.
